The Egyptian army was not involving itself in clashes that broke out between supporters of Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak and anti-government protesters in central Cairo's Tahrir Square Wednesday afternoon, CNN reported.The army has said several times that it has not and will not use force against Egyptian civilians.
