Esther Pollard hasn't lost hope in Obama to release husband

Although US President Barack Obama has already stated he has no intention to pardon convicted Israeli agent Jonathan Pollard, his wife has not lost hope in his release.

In an interview with Razi Barkai on Army Radio, Pollard said that the numerous petitions calling on Obama to commute the life sentence of Israeli agent Jonathan Pollard "gives him life."

"Obama still hasn't heard what President Shimon Peres has to say on behalf of the Israeli public," Esther protested, adding: "so the ball is still in the air."
