Zaor Hanakishev, formerly the state's lead witness against (now acquitted) Hagai Felician for alleged responsibility for the 2009 Bar Noar club murders, on Sunday broke his plea bargain with the state.
Hanakishev had admitted to falsifying evidence to help make a case against Felician, but later admitted the evidence was manufactured and, until Sunday, had agreed to confess in exchange for a shorter sentence.
