The US Federal Bureau of Investigations said Friday that it will re-open an investigation into Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton concerning classified emails. The FBI had previously cleared Clinton of any illegal conduct concerning a private email server she used while serving as US secretary of state. The FBI, however, called Clinton's handling of the email issue as 'extremely reckless.'
