A Filipino care worker was indicted Monday on suspicion of sodomizing a 79-year-old Givatayim man. According to the charge sheet, the man, Gabriel Rodrig, committed the act on 12 occasions over a three-month period. The pensioner burst into tears when he told police and his family about the alleged offenses. The suspect initially admitted to carrying out the abuse, but then retracted his confession.
