Bank of Israel Governor Stanley Fischer said Tuesday that the process of choosing a new IMF chief is still in the early stages. He was referring to reports that he may become a candidate to head the International Monetary Fund.Fischer said that he was taught never to say yes to an offer that was yet to be extended.
