Five members of the same family were injured in a traffic accident on Highway 6, north of the Iron interchange, when their car veered off the road and hit a concrete fence on the side of the road Sunday overnight. The mother was critically injured, one of her daughters moderately injured and three other family members lightly hurt. The mother and her daughter were flown by helicopter to be operated on, and Magen David Adom ambulances took the remaining three family members to Hillel Yafe Hospital in Hadera.
