Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu praised "effective and meaningful talks" following a Thursday meeting and his advisors met Thursday with US envoys Jared Kushner and Jason Greenblatt as well as US Ambassador David Friedman and Deputy National Security Advisor Dina Powell.
According to a statement from the Prime Minister's Office, the talks focused on ways to promote peace and security in the Middle East.
Netanyahu expects to continue these talks in the coming weeks, added the statement.
