Following violent riots, Police limit entrants to Temple Mount for Friday prayers

Israel Police will restrict who can enter the Temple Mount for Friday prayers following violent Muslim riots two days prior, Israel Radio reported Friday morning.
Entrance will be limited to male worshipers above the age of 50 and women of all ages. As usual, non-Muslims, including Jews, will be forbidden from entering the holy site at all.
On Wednesday morning, dozens of masked Palestinians threw rocks and shot fireworks towards the police forces stationed in the Mughrabi Gate area, lightly injuring three officers.
Mughrabi Gate is the entrance to the Temple Mount area from the Western Wall plaza.
