US Secretary of State John Kerry on Sunday said leaders overseas are bewildered by some of the rhetoric in the US around Muslims following the Islamic State attacks in Brussels.
"Everywhere I go, every leader I meet, they ask 'what is happening in America?'. They can't believe it," Kerry told the CBS Face the Nation program in response to a question about the international reaction to topics such as banning Muslims in the US, surveilling Muslim neighborhoods and waterboarding terror suspects.
