Foreign leaders 'shocked' at US rhetoric on Muslims: Kerry

US Secretary of State John Kerry on Sunday said leaders overseas are bewildered by some of the rhetoric in the US around Muslims following the Islamic State attacks in Brussels.
"Everywhere I go, every leader I meet, they ask 'what is happening in America?'.
