Former 'Post' staffer named manager of the Prime Minister's Office

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu appointed on Thursday former Jerusalem Post staffer Eli Groner as Manager of the Prime Minister's Office.
"Eli will help me advance the many reforms that we are planning, including: increasing competition in the economy, cutting bureaucracy, making government more efficient with the cooperation of the private sector, and developing engines of growth that will be unique for the Israeli economy," Netanyahu wrote in a statement following the appointment.
Netanyahu noted Groner's experience with the international strategic consulting company McKinsey.
