Five hospitalized over fear of Leptospirosis outbreak in North's rivers

Five people were hospitalized for fear they contracted the potentially dangerous disease Leptospirosis, Maayeni Hayeshua Medical Center announced Wednesday.
Four were hiking near a kayaking site at the Jordan River and began to discover symptoms that resembled Leptospirosis about two weeks later.
Officials from the hospital said it will take a number of days before full results will be able to be returned.
Four rivers in the Golan Heights were closed indefinitely on Monday, after 20 people came down with illnesses, prompting fears of an outbreak of Leptospirosis.
