Five people were hospitalized for fear they contracted the potentially dangerous disease Leptospirosis, Maayeni Hayeshua Medical Center announced Wednesday.
Four were hiking near a kayaking site at the Jordan River and began to discover symptoms that resembled Leptospirosis about two weeks later.
Officials from the hospital said it will take a number of days before full results will be able to be returned.
