Second suspicious envelope sent to Israel's New York consulate

A suspicious envelope containing white powder was delivered to the Israeli Consulate in New York on Monday, according to Israeli media reports.
This is the second suspicious envelope sent to the consulate in four days. On Friday a package containing white powder and a letter threatening Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was received.
Netanyahu is currently in New York ahead of his United Nations General Assembly speech on Tuesday.
