Gantz: Murders of two IDF soldiers were isolated incidents

IDF Chief of Staff Benny Gantz said Monday that the deaths of two IDF soldiers at the hands of Palestinians in two days was not indicative of an upswing in violence, Israel Radio reported.
The military chief called the two killings "isolated incidents,"  the radio said.
Sgt. Tomer Hazan's body was found Saturday in the West Bank, where he had been lured and murdered by a Palestinian co-worker at a Bat Yam restaurant. A day later, Sgt. Gabriel Kobi was shot and killed in Hebron by a Palestinian sniper.
