IDF Chief of General Staff Lt.-Gen. Benny Gantz was scheduled to meet with Noam and Aviva Schalit on Thursday evening to update them on the status of their son Gilad's release.The meeting was scheduled to take place at the Schalit home in Mitzpe Hila.
