Green Party: Computerize voting for next election

The Green Party urged the Central Election Committee on Tuesday to computerize voting in the next elections, and stop using paper ballots as it is wasteful.
"Using millions of paper ballots is terribly wasteful and creates waste that cannot be recycled that litters the streets outside the polls," the party said in a statement.
Computerized voting would allow people who can't vote because they live far from the polling station to cast their ballots in any computerized polling station in Israel using their ID, the party said.
