MOSCOW - Russia's National Anti-Terrorism Committee said it had arrested a group of people on Sunday who were preparing a terrorist attack in Moscow, TASS news agency reported. 'At the flat where the bandits were hiding, an improvised explosive device was found and defused,' TASS reported the committee as saying.
