Hamas condemns ISIS for 'distorting the image of Islam' with beheading of Egyptian Christians

Hamas on Monday condemned the Islamic State group for its "ugly crime" in the recent beheading of 21 Egyptian Christians in Libya.
A day after the terror group formerly know as ISIS released a gruesome video depicting the killings of a group of Egyptian Copts, Palestinian news agency Ma'an cited Hamas as denouncing the murders, which the group said threaten to ruin relations between Arabs and Christians in the Middle East.
The Palestinian Islamist group as saying it "condemns this ugly crime and this shameful approach to the distortion of the image of Islam by violating its principles."
