Hamas terrorist Abdullah Barghouti, who was given 67 life sentences after he was found guilty in several terrorist attacks in Israel, will stay in solitary confinement for an additional month-and-a-half.
Monday’s ruling by the Nazareth District Court stipulated that the conditions of Barghouti’s imprisonment would be reassessed in a month-and-a-half after the Hamas man undergoes psychological and medical evaluations.
Barghouti has been kept in solitary confinement for 6.5 years, a decision he appeals to repeal every six months.
