Health Ministry: 3 hospitalized with West Nile Fever in serious conditions

Three people diagnosed with West Nile Fever have been hospitalized in serious conditions over recent weeks, the Health Ministry said Wednesday. A 70-year-old man, also suffering from heart disease, was hospitalized at Zefat's Ziv Hospital, while two others, an 82-year-old man and a 72-year-old woman both diagnosed with cancer, were at Haifa's Rambam Hospital. Thirteen other people have been diagnosed with the virus in recent months, the Health Ministry added, though none were in a serious condition.
