Border Police arrested a Palestinian youth in Hebron on Wednesday who they found carrying a knife and admitted to having planned to attack an Israeli soldier or police officer.Security forces noticed the teenage suspect walking toward them suspiciously near at a checkpoint at the Tomb of the Patriarchs prompting them to carry out a search on his person.The suspect was transferred to security forces for further interrogation.
