Herzog: Netanyahu's ego to blame for White House opposition to extra Israel defense spending

Opposition leader Isaac Herzog stated Wednesday that Prime Minster Benjamin Netanyahu's ego was to blame for the Obama administration's opposition to increasing defense aid for Israel's missile defense program.
"This peculiar fight with our most important ally has erupted today, now the citizens of Sderot and Kiryat Shmona will pay the price for Netanyahu's arrogance," he said in reference to Israeli border communities that are affected by rocket fire from Gaza and Lebanon.
Herzog called for a committee to be formed to investigate "Netanyahu's decision making process when it comes to national security."
