Hezbollah vows to keep fighting in Syria's Aleppo

BEIRUT- Lebanon's Hezbollah group said on Friday that the battle to defend Syria's major northern city of Aleppo was a fight for the defence of the whole country, and vowed to continue operating there.
Hezbollah leader Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah said that as fighting in Syria intensified, violence in the Aleppo region had killed 26 of the group's fighters since the beginning of June alone, a rare acknowledgment of the toll the Syria battle is taking.
Hezbollah is fighting on the side of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad.
