High Court petition: Halt weapons exports to the Philippines

A petition was filed on Wednesday to the High Court of Justice demanding the halt of weapons to the Philippines by Attorney Itai Mack on behalf of left-wing activists.

The petition demands that weapons exports to the Philippines be halted until their security forces cease their serious violations of human rights. According to the petition, the current Philippine president, Rodrigo Duarte, is a mass murderer and supports rape, the shooting of female genitalia, and the bombing of schools of indigenous minorities.
