Home Front Command: Return to routine except for Gaza border communities

Israel's Home Front Command issued a directive on Thursday morning announcing a return to routine for all of Israel, except for the Gaza border communities, following reports of a ceasefire between Israel and Palestinian Islamic Jihad.

Schools will continue to be closed around the Gaza Strip and the area west of Lachish, in the Negev.

Israel has faced a barrage of rockets throughout the week, with over 350 rockets fired from Islamic Jihad terrorists into Israel.
