Hundreds of Turks gathered in the Turkish capital on Sunday to voice their anger and frustration at the government following a suicide bomb attack at a wedding in the southeastern Turkish city of Gaziantep.
At least 51 people were killed when a suicide bomber aged between 12 and 14 attacked guests dancing on the street at a wedding party in the Turkish city of Gaziantep near the Syrian border late on Saturday, the Turkish President said. The attack was the deadliest in a series of bombings in Turkey this year. Erdogan said that Islamic State was likely behind it. Turkey faces multiple security threats from militants at home and from Syria.
Protesters shouting slogans and holding banners on Istanbul's popular Istaklal street said they held the government responsible for the Gaziantep attack.
