The IDF arrested Aziz Dweik, the chairman of Hamas' Palestinian Legislative Council, and three other Palestinian officials near Bethelehm, Army Radio reported Tuesday.The four Palestinians were detained at a checkpoint, while one was taken into custody and three others freed after interrogations.
