IDF arrests Islamic Jihad chief in the West Bank

The IDF has detained Tareq Ka'adan, one of Islamic Jihad's leaders in the West Bank, Army Radio reported Monday morning.
According to Army Radio, IDF troops broke into his home in Jenin late on Sunday night and brought him to arrest. Shin Bet has confirmed that a "senior PIJ operative" has been detained the town of Arabe on Sunday night.
Ka'adan was one of the prisoners Israel released from jail as part of a swap deal with Hamas when it acted for the release of former soldier Gilad Schalit, who was held in captivity for over five years. Ka'dan was detained for alleged involvement in terror activities.
