IDF: Iran explosion could delay missile development

An explosion at an Iranian military base on Nov. 12 could delay its missile program, an IDF intelligence official said on Monday.
Speaking to the Knesset Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee, head of research for Israel's military intelligence Itay Brun  said, "The explosion at the site to develop intercontinental missiles could stop or delay activities in that location, but we must emphasize that Iran has other places to develop weapons."
He also noted that current sanctions, despite having devastating effects on Iran's economy, were not yet slowing its nuclear program. "The Iranian nuclear plan continues to move forward despite the many pressures against it," he said.
