Senior officers of the IDF and the Lebanese Armed Forces (LAF) met on Wednesday in a regular tripartite meeting chaired by The Head of Mission and Force Commander of the United Nations Interim Force (UNIFIL), Major-General Paolo Serra at Ras Al Naqoura crossing. A press release stated that the meeting discussed the situation along the Blue Line and the issue of withdrawal of Israeli forces from northern Ghajar. Major-General Serra said of the meeting: “It was a constructive meeting and I was pleased to see the positive engagement of both the parties on all the issues."
