IDF nabs 2 on suspicion of aiding murderer flee to Syria

The IDF arrested two Israeli Arabs on the border with Syria on Monday night, who confessed to interrogators that they aided two family members to flee to Syria.
According to Army Radio the suspects said that one of the fugitives, Mohamas Yasin, was a prisoner convicted of murder in 2006 and sentenced to 25 years in prison. He was released from prison for holiday on Monday morning and subsequently fled to Syria together with another young man who was suspected of involvement in the same murder seven years ago.
