IDF soldiers arrested a shepherd who crossed the Blue Line, the demarcation line between Lebanon and Israel, north of Kiryat Shemona on Wednesday, according to the IDF Spokesperson's Unit. The shepherd was transferred for further questioning.
The shepherd was identified by Lebanese reports as Ibrahim al-Mohammed, age 16.
