According to Palestinian media, there were a number of injuries resulting from the IDF strike, and one person was rushed to Al-Shifa Hospital located in Gaza City.
Rocket sirens were sounded earlier Monday evening in the coastal city of Ashkelon as a missile was launched at the city from Gaza. According to the IDF the rocket landed in an open area, causing no injuries or damage.
