IDF suspends brigadier-general due to complaint by female soldier

The IDF has suspended an officer at the rank of brigadier-general following an investigation into a complaint by a former female soldier, army sources have said.
The decision to suspend the officer was taken on Monday by Deputy Chief of Staff Maj.-Gen. Yair Golan.
Military Police's Criminal Investigations Department is continuing the investigation into the officer, who cannot be named, sources added. "No further details can be given at this stage," the source said.
