A man in his 40s, Igor Olsik, was indicted on Sunday for the kidnapping and rape of a 14-year-old girl in Ashdod on October 25.
According to the indictment, Olsik followed the girl, offered to fix her computer in his apartment, then locked the door and carried out the assault.
