Im Tirtzu head welcomes end of international observer mandate in Hebron

CEO of Im Tirtzu, Matan Peleg, released a statement welcoming Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's decision not to renew the mandate of the international observer force in Hebron (TIPH).
"This is an important move that strengthens Israeli sovereignty," said Peleg. "The phenomenon in which foreign governments are working from within Israel to weaken the state must stop, and we hope that the Prime Minister will take advantage of this momentum and dismantle the illegal foreign-government backed outpost of Khan al-Ahmar."
Im Tirtzu is an organization that, according to its website, is "a non-profit organization working to strengthen the values of Zionism in Israel as a Jewish and democratic state."
