Improvised explosive found during police raid on IDF soldier

An improvised explosive was uncovered during a police raid on an IDF soldier in Be'er Yaakov, near Rishon Lezion, on Wednesday night.
Officers from the Central District's Central Unit, together with Military Police, raided the home after reciving intelligence on drug possession, but were surprised to uncover the explosive.
A police bomb squad was dispatched to the address to neutralize the device. "The soldier is not believed to hold a combat role in the army. He has been arrested and is being questioned," a police spokesman said.
