The Claims Division of the Immigration and Population Department on Sunday filed an indictment against Nili Priel, the wife of Defense Minister Ehud Barak, for illegally employing a foreign worker. She is accused of violating the Labor Law. The penalty for the crime could be a fine of more than NIS 100,000 or prison time. The indictment was submitted to a court in Tel Aviv.
