TEHRAN - All parties to the Iran nuclear deal should adhere to their commitments, Russia, Iran and Azerbaijan said in a joint statement signed on Wednesday.
The three countries also agreed to increase cooperation in the oil and gas industry, including in production as well as oil and oil products swaps, the statement said.
