Iran's state radio is taking the lead in an attempt to link the US to the Thursday suicide bombing that killed 28 people in Iran, the
Washington Post reported Saturday.
"America aims to support those grouplets who are able to carry out terrorist operations in Iran," the main state news program said. "The terrorists were ... equipped and trained by a foreign intelligence organization to slaughter people."
The double suicide bombing in Iran Thursday was carried out by Iranian insurgent group Jundallah, which Iran claims
receives support from the US and the UK.
