Iran: Trial of 7 Baha'is accused of spying for Israel to begin on Tuesday

The trial of seven Baha'i believers accused by Iranian authorities of spying for Israel will begin on Tuesday, Reuters quoted a report by the official IRNA news agency. "The trial of the seven Baha'is accused of spying for the Zionist regime and insulting sanctities will be held on Tuesday," IRNA quoted Hassan Haddad, in charge of security affairs of Teheran's prosecutor office, as saying. Iran has reportedly claimed that the group received orders from Jerusalem to undertake measures against the Islamic republic.
