Iraqi Army retakes portion of Fullja from ISIS, more fighting expected

Iraqi forces have retaken a portion, but not all, of Falluja, the Iraqi city longest held by Islamic State, US Defense Secretary Ash Carter said on Friday.
"There's still some fighting to be done," Carter told reporters at the Pentagon.
