Israel extends condolences to Germany after Munich shooting

The Prime Minister's Office extended Israel's condolences to Germany on Saturday night over the deadly shooting attack in Munich that claimed nine lives on Friday.
"Israel wishes the wounded a quick recovery," read the statement pledging Israel's solidarity with Germany "on this sad day."
German officials have ruled out that the 18-year-old gunman who carried out the tragic shooting at a shopping mall was related to Islamic terror. The shooter, a German-Iranian national, was found dead of self-inflicted gunshot wounded after the shooting rampage.
