Israel indicts al-Aqsa preacher for violence and racism

Islamic hate preacher Sheikh Khaled al-Mughrabi was indicted on Thursday by the Jerusalem State Attorney’s Office on charges of incitement to violence and incitement to racial hatred.

Al-Mughrabi gives two religious classes a week at the al-Aksa mosque on the Temple Mount. Videos uploaded of his classes have shown the cleric stating that Jewish people slaughter gentile children and drain their blood for use in Passover matzot, and that at the end of days “The Children of Israel will all be exterminated, the Anti-Christ will be killed and the Muslims will live in comfort for a long time.”

The indictment states that al-Mughrabi’s sermons are designed to inculcate in his audience racist ideas against Jews, to incite, to inflame racial, national and religious hatred, and to encourage his listeners to acts and deeds of violence against the security services and Jewish civilians whilst abusing his status and authority as a teacher and religious figure.
