Jaffa cafe opens in violation of lockdown and is closed, fined by police

The Nisso Cafe in Jaffa opened in violation of lockdown restrictions on Sunday and was closed by police. Some 50 customers were seen sitting at the cafe before it shut down, according to Israeli media. 
Police immediately closed the cafe after receiving the report and fined its owner with NIS 5,000.
