Japan: Fukushima nuke plant fails for 2nd time this month

The cooling system at the tsunami-damaged Fukushima nuclear plant in Japan failed for the second time in a month on Thursday, officials said.
A system that is meant to substantially reduce radioactive substances in tainted water at the plant has been halted because of an employee's operational mistake, The Japan Times reported.
