Residents of the east Jerusalem neighborhood of Shu'afat clashed with Border Police officers on Sunday when the security forces arrived to remove a pro-Hamas sign, Kan reported. Hamas, the radical Islamic group currently in control of the Gaza Strip, is seen as a terrorist organization by the State of Israel.
