A truck driver struck a bicyclist on Sunday morning outside of the Malha Mall in Jerusalem before driving away, Police said.The bicyclist, a 50-year-old man, was taken to the hospital in critical condition.Allaying fears of a premeditated attack, Police said they believe the incident was a regular 'hit and run' occurrence.Police said they were trying to locate the whereabouts of the truck driver.
