Jerusalem's oldest woman passes away at 108

The oldest female resident of Jeruslem, Tovah Bakshi-Doron, passed away Saturday night at the age of 108, according to haredi website Behadrei Haredim.
She was the mother of former Sephardic Chief Rabbi Eliyahu Bakshi-Doron.
Born in 1908 in Aleppo, Syria, she made aliya to Jerusalem in her 20s and was eventually married Rabbi Ben Zion Bakshi-Doron.
She will be laid to rest on Sunday at Har Hamenuhot cemetary at 11:00 a.m.
