J'lem moped crash victim, Lior Navon, did not have license

The 16-year-old youth who was killed in a moped accident in Jerusalem early Tuesday morning was identified as Lior Navon from Giv'at Ze'ev, Israel Radio reported.
Navon, who did not have a driver's license, was driving on a friend's moped at the time of the accident.
Police investigated the owner of the moped and suspended his license for ninety days.
